Kenworth Truck Company is an American truck manufacturer known for the production of heavy-duty Class 8 commercial trucks. They are a trusted name in the industry as they’ve been in business for nearly a century; Kenworth celebrates its 100th year in business in 2023.
Recently, the team at Kenworth in Menomonie, WI reached out to our team in Marshfield, WI to create a customized Quad Axle Dump Truck. This quad has a 19’ 6” body with a high lift tailgate. They also requested a two-tone paint job that really makes this truck stand out.
Quad Axle dump trucks play a particular role in the world of dump trucks, and are often reserved for the industries and projects that require the moving and dumping of heavier, or more material day to day than the average contractor.
We have worked with end users who are truck haulers, road builders, and those who work in quarries, who are all responsible for hauling tons of materials every day. Quad Axle Dump Trucks are also a great choice for those who work in industries with underground applications, like underground construction and plumbing, as there is often increased amounts of dirt, rubble and debris that needs to be hauled away.
The Marshfield team at Monroe Truck Equipment builds approximately 10 quad trucks per year, more than half of them are now for the seven Wisconsin-based Kenworth locations.
